BFS is your choice for fleet management. I’ve tried other shops and most of them are a disaster. Move your fleet over to BFS, you won’t regret it.

Poor communications, they had my Motorhome for 5 days and Saturday & Sunday so 7 days total. I called twice a day 2 days in a row asking for an update from my service advisor. Finally I got a call back and was emailed a list of issue with a high priced estimate for each component. I picked the necessary brakes rotors n a couple lines to be done at the back. Even though I was told the line aren't leaking n look good but have rust on them. That work will be just over $4k and I need to put half down in cash cause I am a new customer. So I brought the cash there that day. Now another week goes by, and no call about my Motorhome. After 2 days of calling twice a day, and No return call. I express how unprofessional and mad I was about Noone calling me back. Finally I get a call back telling me we haven't got to your RV yet and it will be atleast another week for we had sickness come thru our place. Ofcouse I'm not happy but kept calm. I asked why wasn't I atleast called and told there was a work place issue and given the opportunity to get my deposit and Motorhome back to take elsewhere? No answer for me. At this point if I did take it back it might be longer to get work done. The next

I can not say enough good things about BFS .The work was incredible. They did as they said and completed the job on schedule. Every single person we spoke to was nice and went out of their way to answer questions. I have not had customer service from a company like this in years !! Take your business there , I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

Let me start off by saying I've been in business since the mid 90s. I think the way a company treats their customers is everything. BFS fleet services to me could not do a worse job on how they treat their customers. JOhn, the owner and Darryl the service manager absolutely disgusting how they treated me in my company. I brought my bus there two months ago to have it diagnosed and fixed. On January 14, they charge me $5097. I went and picked the bus up myself drove it 51 miles and it broke down leaving my mechanic and I stranded on the side of the road. It was brought back to them and they called me on January 29 and told me that what they fixed was not the problem and they wanted another $8420 to fix the problem after that I said what about the $5000 I've already paid you. They didn't care about any of that so then I called many many times from January 14 until the end of February asking to speak with John the owner who could never once call me back to discuss it. I'll see he would do is have Darryl call me and tell me that there was nothing I could do. I had to talk to John and John wouldn't call me. These guys are absolutely ridiculous. I was struggling to find somewhere to get a small utility trailer inspected for the state, and upon calling BFS they had an appointment for me within two days. I went to drop off the trailer at 6:30 in the morning for a later appointment, and to my surprise there were staff there and ready, knew exactly who I was and what I was there for. They made the entire process easier than I thought possible, had it finished within an hour, and were even kind enough to walk me through the process of handling the inspections in the future. We are planning on getting a camper soon and I absolutely know who I will be coming to for any service work. They were a pleasure.
